GOLF System is one of the most efficient supporting systems. The system provides simplicity, versatility and is economical. It has a unique node point connection which enables the system to be erected at a faster rate than other scaffolding systems, and is also faster at striking and dismantling. A limited number of components are required, therefore there are no loose parts to get lost and no time is wasted in lining-up the vertical and horizontal. |
It can be erected for straight and curved structural elements. The system components have easy to handle figures, sizes, and weights. All system components can be easily and safely removed after finishing the job. The system elements are engineered from high quality steel, which enables the system to resist damages that might occur on the site by giving a sufficient strength without the unnecessary weight. Having a lightweight is another advantage this system has, which reduces costs while it is easier to transport. In addition with this System, you can achieve greater load capacity on assembly. |
Customer needs were the main reason for developing this system considering the unique day-to-day experience of our clients. |
Two cups form the locking device, a fixed lower cup, which is welded to the vertical (Standard) at pre-located intervals, and a sliding upper cup. The forged blade ends of the horizontal (Ledgers) are located into the lower cup. The upper cup is moved down and rotated to secure the component in place and tightened by a hammer blow to give a positive and rigid connection. |

1. Standard |
The standards are economical and can match any propping access application where they allow support or access when needed. Made from the highest quality German steel the upper cups can be moved, while the lower cups are welded into position. Spigot joints can be attached to the holes, drilled in the standards and if needed, a retaining pin is utilized to prevent movement. The covers are cast under the strictest guidelines to ensure durability under the rough condition of site handling. The standards are available in 0.5 m to 3.0 m sizes. Spigot connectors are provided for final assembly.

2. Ledger |
Only the highest quality German steel tubes are used for the GOLF System ledgers. To avoid any potential damage they have identical forged ends with a minimum of projection. Ledgers are available in sizes ranging from 0.60 m up to 2.50 m.

Cantilever Elements |
a. Cantilever Frame (CF) &
Cantilever Beam Frame (CBF) |
To provide extra support at the edge of construction, especially slab edge from work, the cantilever frame (CF) & cantilever beam frame (CBF) can be attached directly to the vertical at the node points. In these frames universal jacks can be fitted to hold the various supports, forkheads and dropheads at a 1.2 m, 1.25 m or 1.3 m span.

b. Beam Bracket |
Beam bracket eliminates full height propping to beam formwork by locating on to slab support vertical as shown. The beam bracket distributes the load throughout the surrounding GOLF system structure, thus reducing excessive strain on all components. |

c. Hop-Up Bracket |
Hop-up brackets are smaller versions of cantilever frames, but are used soley for assisting access to awkward areas, generally beyond the main scaffolding; they are not to be used for supporting materials |
