Practical Notes:

Beware of high wind condition.
Always tie the tower to the building in exposed condition.
Never leave an unsecured tower unattended.
Additional heights can be achieved if the tower is tied properly to the structure.
Care must be taken to ensure that the towers always remain upright.
Particular caution is required with moving towers, which have been erected on uneven surfaces.
Mobile towers castor wheels must be locked when the tower is in use.
When moving the tower, push at the base.
Never use ladders, boxes etc. on the tower to gain additional height.
When the safe base to height ratio is being exceeded or there are high lateral loads, the tower should be tied securely to the structure with scaffolding tubes and fittings.
Towers must be used only on firm and level ground.
Towers must be always climbed from the inside.
