A-122 System

The system is used to provide a form for the rectangular columns with size adjustment ability. The column size can be adjusted with 50mm increments in all four sides starting from 200mm up to 900mm. Six panel heights are available to match the variation in column height. The contractor will be supplied with a versatile column formwork including the 18mm plywood, lateral access and support components.

B-122 System

The system is used to provide a form for the rectangular columns with size adjustment ability. Size adjustment with millimeters can be achieved with this system starting from 240mm up to 1000mm for the four sides. The system adopts the Austrian H-20 timber beams, which provides the required strength and flexibility to match the various site requirements. These timber beams can be spliced together to accommodate for the height variation. Only the 18mm plywood will be supplied by contractor to construct a high performance column formwork.

G-122 System

The column formwork G-22 is assembled according to the windmill principle and anchored at the corners by means of tension tie rod with fine adjustment ability. G-122 adjustable column form allows infinite variable adjustment to all column section from 150mm to 700 mm in all four sides.

In general the panels are delivered without the plywood face. For a fair faced concrete quality the plywood can be nailed to the panel form through the timber runners supplied with the system.

The panels can be combined on top of each other to purvey the height required. Panel connector elements are used to connect the panels together.
