The principal feature of the ShoreLock System is the innovative steel ring (Rosette) which connects the vertical to the horizontal. The ShoreLock rosette provides flexibility to lock in a number of angles, plus quickly and accurately aligns 45 degree and 90 degree using the notch position. Up to eight connections are present in one plane which enables the system to cover various shapes of structures rigidly and safely. The system segments fit perfectly into the unique rosette, then, the joint is locked tightly by simply hammering a captive wedge into place. The rosettes are welded to the vertical, eliminating the need for measuring when ledgers and braces are connected on the site. As a result, the system can be erected quickly, saving time and labour.

A. Standards

The ShoreLock vertical are available to suit any propping or access application economically. The vertical can be used for support of access as required. The innovative rosette is set at 500 mm vertical intervals for maximum versatility in use. The vertical are drilled for the fixing of the spigot joint.

B. Ledgers

Horizontal are available in different ranges of standard sizes or if required, can be made to special length.

C. Cantilever Elements

At the edges of a building it is often necessary for economy, speed and safety to provide a support beyond the edge. For that purpose, the cantilever elements are connected directly to the vertical at the node points.
